It is from this bond that a family’s dream comes to life: to dedicate themselves to the cultivation of the olive tree, an eternal symbol of peace and rootedness, to give life to an oil capable of expressing the truest identity of these places.
In 2005 Santulì was born, the first extra virgin olive oil produced with the olives harvested on the family’s land.
A goal that soon turned into a larger project, based on shared values: absolute quality, respect for the environment, enhancement of the territory.
This is how the Emanuela Vescovi Farm takes shape, growing season after season, until it spreads over more than 12 hectares of land, with more than 2,500 plants entirely drip-irrigated.
The cultivars – Biancolilla, Giarraffa, Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola and Carolea – tell of an authentic and generous Sicily.
Today the company is certified organic and recognized IGP Sicily and uses a state-of-the-art in-house oil mill, where every step of the process-from early harvesting to milling within hours, from in-line filtration to storage under nitrogen-is designed to preserve the integrity and purity of the oil.
Santulì is not just a product: it is the result of a vision, an ethic, and a deep love for the earth.
