Bright yellow-green, quite dense. Dark nose in tones of thistle and chicory, vegetable hints of tomato leaf, sage and lime citrus puffs, closes with fresh almond. Balanced mouth, good structure, sliding in the fatty matter, moderate; spicy and bitter present, not incisive. Final with hints of green almond.
